Remember, always Stay the Trail. They said there was waste-deep snow above tree line and they were not able to summit. I wouldn't rate this trail as moderate. The water was only about 12 - 14 inches deep. Visitors should purchase a San Isabel National Forest map which shows the various roads in the Chalk Creek area. Either way, it's not just a skip and a jump. Agree with review below that there have been lots of improvements to the trail - especially on the Tin Cup side. Spot On. I am a Colorado native and I've been wheeling since I was 16 years old. Everyone behaved but the big groups of UTVs really need to get radios to communicate to the front to pull over and let others pass once and a while.
